The event will seek to explore the implications of Brexit for agriculture in the UK, particularly as they pertain to trade, the environment and food security. The event will also seek to schematically analyse potential ways forward for the future of agriculture in the UK. Two leading experts on agricultural law and policy - Professor Michael Cardwell (University of Leeds) and Professor Joe McMahon (University College Dublin)- will give presentations which will aim to identify key messages relevant to UK agriculture post-Brexit.
